The City of Oakland and the Water Board will hold an in-person and online stakeholder meeting on Wednesday, December 18, from 4:00 to 6:00 pm in Hearing Room One, City Hall. This meeting offers a unique opportunity for residents, advocates, and stakeholders to learn about ongoing efforts and influence crucial decisions regarding the lake’s water quality and management.
Agenda:
At this meeting, the City of Oakland Public Works Watershed and Stormwater Management Division will provide an updates on the current Lake Merritt Water Quality Management Pilot Project (Measure Q-funded Project 1006988) and the Lake Merritt Healthy Lake Initiative Project (Congressionally Directed Spending Rep. Barbara Lee Project No. TBD). The City will also seek input on the scope of work for the Lake Merritt Healthy Lake Initiative Project.
